- What is the amount you currently owe against those properties?
About your future, for example:
- What’s the next step for you in terms of real estate?
- What are your long term goals in terms of property?
- What’s important to you in terms of restructuring your lending/loans?
I’ll compile the answers to these and other questions into your lending application.
2. I’ll work with the banks on your behalf
